First test down, more to come...

Took the CBEST Saturday morning. Was pleasantly surprised that it was considerably easier than the study guide I'd been pouring over for the last month or so. Still spent the full 4 hours taking the test, but have a near 100% feeling that I must've passed easily. This is the last step in the application process to Concordia, but the first test that I will take in the process of getting licensed as a teacher.

mom was telling me about your test, i was gonna offer my math services to help you, but i found out too late:) (since we both know any writing help would not have the same effect)

thanks for your comment. haven't got one of those for a while it seems. turned out to be so simple it almost hurt. studied all these fairly complex math concepts, and then the most complex thing was maybe perimeter of a polygon, hilarious. guess that claim on the study guide to guarantee a passing grade on the test is for real...they just prep you for a much harder test. interesting method.

Okay...so....a perimeter of a polygon? Is that something like polysporin? or is that a type of highway around Winnipeg? Remember - complex is a very relative term - to me...polygons are complex!

ha ha. good to hear from you. heard from my dad that john's calling it quits soon, maybe he can just transfer over his teaching license to me...we could pay you 50% of the tuition we'll be incurring if you'd like. say hi to your parents from mary and i...glad to hear he's back at home.

Nice work Enns! Glad to hear things are coming together for you out there. Just enjoyed probably the last, pitiful snow event of the season here (unless we get a surprise.) But that's ok, with the 60's coming this weekend, we hope to take little Rebekah on her first little hike, well I'll do the hiking while she is strapped to my chest anyway. :)
