third week went well

finished up the third week today, got a long weekend coming. typically do that with the course to provide a little break for us and the students prior to the teaching practicum starting up. things went well this week and i am thankful for all of you who were praying for my teaching this week. was a great week with much progress made by many of the students. mary's been a great asset as well, doing some grading and copying that would otherwise be my responsibility. it's allowed me to spend more time with the students and preparing my lessons.
heading out to some local museums tomorrow and then maybe to the beach again on saturday. we are certainly spoiled. sam, the director of ACT, will return on monday to close out the last two weeks. mary will be around for another week or so yet, and then head back to manila on the 8th of may. all for now...nathan and mary
