Cold, Clean Air

We're back in NA. Went for a run our first morning back in Lynden WA. Freezing cold for me. Loving the clean air and cooler temperatures (even though I like the heat). Not adjusting back to everything else as fast...reverse culture shock tends to be harder for me. But running through the seeming ghost town at 6am with cool, clean air. Birds singing. Wow. This is nice. Having a dry shirt at the end of the run, as opposed to being soaking wet after 5 minutes of walking in Manila. I can get on board with this. The rest of the adjustments will take some time but this is something I can appreciate immediately.
